Pre-launch notice. MIRAS is in active development. These Terms of Service govern your use of the miras.art website and any preview access to our platform. A comprehensive commercial agreement will be published prior to general availability.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the MIRAS.ART website and any related services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. About MIRAS

MIRAS.ART is operated by MARGIN International LLC, a company registered in the State of Delaware, United States, with operational offices in Prague (Czech Republic) and Doha (Qatar). MIRAS provides patent-protected art authentication, provenance certification, and AML risk-scoring services for institutional clients in the art finance ecosystem.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, technology, methodologies, and systems accessible through the Platform are the exclusive property of MARGIN International LLC or its licensors. This includes, without limitation:

No part of the Platform may be reproduced, reverse-engineered, decompiled, or distributed without prior written consent from MARGIN International LLC.

You may use the Platform solely for its intended purposes: reviewing information about MIRAS services, requesting pilot access, and — where access has been granted — authenticating artworks, generating compliance reports, and managing certification records within the scope of your institutional agreement.

Access to MIRAS authentication, AML scoring, and certification services requires a separate institutional agreement. These Terms govern general website access; specific service terms, pricing, SLAs, and liability provisions are defined in the applicable commercial agreement between your institution and MARGIN International LLC.

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” MARGIN International LLC makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or service. MIRAS reports and scores are decision-support tools — they do not constitute legal, financial, or insurance advice and should not replace independent professional judgment.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MARGIN International LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunity.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Delaware.

9. Third-Party Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. MARGIN International LLC does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or by email to registered users. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
