We’re assembling a global network of freelance Art Advisors — domain experts who bring institutional knowledge to the world’s first patent-protected art authentication and AML compliance platform.
Technology alone doesn’t authenticate art. Our patented Visual DNA and AML scoring engines are built on deep domain expertise — provenance research, art-historical knowledge, market intelligence, and regulatory awareness. Art Advisors are the human layer that makes MIRAS’s machine intelligence meaningful.
We’re a family-founded startup (CBS Copenhagen, Delaware LLC) with two filed patents and 35 claims. We’re early, and that means you can shape the product, not just use it.
As a MIRAS Art Advisor, you contribute domain expertise to support our authentication engine, provenance analysis, and AML risk assessments. You work on a project basis — reviewing cases, validating data, and providing market intelligence that strengthens MIRAS’s institutional-grade output.
We’re looking for specialists across these knowledge areas (you don’t need all of them — depth in one is valuable):
Catalogues raisonnés, exhibition histories, auction records, ownership chains
Physical examination, material analysis, conservation assessment, forgery detection
Valuation, pricing trends, gallery networks, auction analytics, collector behaviour
Art market regulation, KYC/KYB procedures, sanctions screening, suspicious activity indicators
NFTs, digital provenance, tokenisation standards, smart contract-based ownership
Risk assessment, coverage structures, art-secured lending, collateral valuation
We’re building a global network, starting with markets where regulation is moving fastest:
EU AMLAR 2024/1624 — London, Paris, Milan, Munich, Brussels
HMRC AMP regime — London art market corridor
Art Market Integrity Act (pending) — New York, Los Angeles, Miami
Growing art finance hub — Dubai, Doha, Abu Dhabi
Freeport and private banking hub — Zurich, Geneva, Basel
Expanding collector base — Hong Kong, Singapore, Tokyo
